Factory Calibration and Onsite Calibration
The Factory calibration laboratory of SPLTA is able to perform factory calibration for the measurement Pressure Gauge, Pressure Switch, Pressure Sensor, Differential pressure and Flow Meter calibration as well.
Calibration Pressure Range
Factory Calibrations are carried out using DAkkS (DKD) Calibrated Reference Standard are using. The Traceability of the used Measurement device are documented.
Pressure Range : -12PSI to 300 PSI (±0.025 PSI for MOU)
Differential Pressure Range: -1 PSI TO 1 PSI ( ±0.0006 PSI for MOU )
As above-mentioned Range are covered for Pressure calibration and all Master Reference are Re-calibrated with FCRI calibration certificate by NABL accredited institute.
Calibration Flow Range
Factory Calibration are carried out using BS ISO 5168-2005 Calibrated Reference standard are using. The traceability of the used measurement device is documented.
Flow Range: -500 SCCM to 500 SCCM, 0 SCCM to 100 SCCM, 0 L/min to 10 L/min, 0.2 L/min to 100 L/min, 10 L/min to 1000 L/min
As above-mentioned Master calibrators are Recalibrated with FCRI calibration certificate by NABL accredited institute.
