Leak Tester CETATEST XS
The CETATEST XS is a compact, cost-effective and full automatically working leak tester for the
detection of untight parts within the cycle time of the production process. The leak tester uses a
gauge pressure sensor for the measurement of the pressure loss caused by the leakage in the test part.

Leak Tester CETATEST 515
The CETATEST 515 with differential pressure sensor is a full automatically working leak detector for
the detection of untight parts within the cycle time of the production process.
The leak detector is available in three different types: 1. The configuration “closed components -
high resolution” can be used for test parts, which can not be filled, so called “closed components”.
It is possible to detect very small ratios of test part volumes (0.03 ml < ΔV < 1.0 ml). 2. The type
“pressure loss - high speed” can be used for leak tests of very small test parts in high speed
production cycles. 3. The configuration “pressure rise” has a 50 % larger measurement signal
(compared to the CETATEST 815).

Leak Tester CETATEST 715
The CETATEST 715 is a full automatically working leak detector for the detection of untight parts
within the cycle time of the production process. The leak tester uses a gauge pressure sensor and has
a large measurement range. Therefore the CETATEST 715 is especially qualified for the simple testing
of parts with large leakages. The test modes “test of closed component” and “dynamic pressure test”
can be integrated on demand.

Leak Tester CETATEST 815
The CETATEST 815 is a full automatically working leak tester for the detection of untight parts
within the cycle time of the production process. The pressure in the test part volume is compared with
the pressure in a tight reference volume.
The CETATEST 815 can be equipped with a multitude of test modes and is applicable for a lot of
applications. The 24 bit AD converter und its high clock rate allows short test times.
The CETATEST 815 can be delivered as 2 channel test device. Parameter can be exported resp. imported
using an USB storage device. Measurement series and measurement curves can be stored also.
