Pressure Calibration:

Calibration Laboratory of SP Leak Test and Automation Private Limited have above 10 Years’ Experience in Pressure and Flow Calibration System. The Laboratory had ISO 17025 NABL accredited Certificate for Pneumatic Pressure Calibration the following instruments we are taking for calibration Pneumatic Pressure - Digital/Analog Pressure Gauge, Pressure Transducer with Indicator/Sensor with Indicator /Transmitter with Indicator/ Switch/Indicator. The Laboratory Using Standard and Method of Precision Pressure Calibrator Comparison method as per DKD-R 6-1. The facility of Permanent and Onsite calibration facility is available.

Our Laboratory is providing the best Measurement solution for our customer. For that the laboratory have High Accuracy and best Measurements latest technology calibrators which have advance upgraded instrument.

Flow Calibration:

Flow Low Pressure: -500 SCCM to 500 SCCM
CMC : 2% FS
Flow Low Pressure: 0 SCCM to 100 SCCM
CMC : ±0.6% FS
Flow High Pressure: 0.6 SLM to 100 SLPM
CMC : ±0.6% FS
Flow High Pressure: 20 SLM to 1000 SLPM
CMC : ±2% FS

Factory Calibration are carried out using BS ISO 5168-2005 Calibrated Reference standard are using. The traceability of the used measurement device is documented.

As above-mentioned Master calibrators are Recalibrated with FCRI calibration certificate by NABL accredited institute.
